Dr. Farooki received fellowship training in Musculoskeletal MRI/Osteoradiology at the VA San Diego Healthcare Center and University of California San Diego Medical Center. Her decade-long clinical experience working in private practice in Columbus, Ohio and via teleradiology includes the complete spectrum of MRI.

Dr. Farooki has published numerous papers in peer-reviewed journals such as Skeletal Radiology and reference books including the Essentials of Musculoskeletal Imaging. Articles topics have included: Anterolateral impingement of the ankle; Effectiveness of MR imaging; Visualization of ankle tendons and ligaments with MR imaging; Influence of passive positioning; Bone mass and fracture risk in the proximal femur among older world class male triathletes.

She has lectured extensively at Ohio State University Medical Center while serving as an assistant professor of radiology. She provides professional consultation in Quality and Patient Safety. Dr. Farooki enjoys challenges, innovation, and bridging gaps within and between specialties and disciplines. She resides in with her family in Columbus, Ohio.
